Refund policy

Every Drip Crib item is printed on demand just for you, so we don't keep extra stock. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement.

Cancellations: Because production starts quickly, orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. To start a claim, use the Contact page on our website.
